FENIX ARMORY LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Fenix Armory offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser, guaranteeing all products and accessories against manufacturing defects when used according to the instruction manual.

HOW WE HANDLE CLAIMS

If a covered defect occurs, Fenix Armory will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item.

You are responsible for the shipping costs to send the item to us.
Fenix Armory will cover the return shipping costs.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not extend to damage or malfunctions resulting from:

Ordinary wear and tear, corrosion, or neglect.
Abuse, unreasonable use, or criminal misuse / negligence.
Use of improper or defective ammunition.
Failure to properly maintain the product.
Alterations, accidents, or unauthorized repairs / modifications.

Some warranty claims may be rejected upon inspection of the item. A detailed reason will be provided if a claim is denied.
