How long does Form 4 approval take in 2026?
eForms approvals have been coming back as fast as 3 days. Most individual filings are returned within 1–3 weeks. Trust filings run 14–28 days. See How to Buy a Suppressor for the full timeline.
Is the $200 tax stamp still required?
No. As of January 1, 2026, the federal tax stamp on suppressors, SBRs, SBSs, and AOWs is $0 under the OBBBA. You still file the Form 4 and register the item, but the tax is eliminated.
Can I ship a suppressor directly to my house?
No. NFA items must transfer through an FFL/SOT dealer. Order from us, pick your dealer at checkout, we ship to them, and you complete the Form 4 transfer at the dealer's shop.
Do you offer a warranty?
Lifetime functional warranty on everything we machine. If something we made fails under normal use, we replace it. See our Warranty page for details.
Do you have a local gun store?
Yes. We have a specialty gun store in Jonesboro, AR. Open Monday–Friday 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM. We can order almost anything you need if we don't have it on the shelf.
Do you sell to dealers wholesale?
Yes. Apply for a dealer account on our Dealers page. We offer Net 30 credit terms for approved dealers.
