Fenix Armory (“we,” “us”) operates fenixarmory.net and a licensed firearms retail store in Jonesboro, Arkansas. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
We collect the information you give us, plus a little about how you use the site:
- Order & account information — name, billing/shipping address, email, phone, and the items you buy when you place an order or create an account.
- FFL / transfer information — for firearms and NFA items, the FFL/SOT dealer you choose and any license or transfer documents your dealer sends us.
- Dealer & Net 30 applications — business name, FFL/SOT license details, tax/resale certificates, and the contact and banking information you provide.
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Site usage — basic analytics and cookies to operate and improve the site.
To process and ship your orders (including shipping firearms and NFA items to your chosen FFL), verify licenses and eligibility, comply with federal and state firearms law and ATF recordkeeping, review dealer and credit applications, provide support, and — only if you opt in — send you updates.
We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your cart and preferences, and measure site performance. You can control cookies in your browser, but some features (cart, account) need them to work.
We share information only as needed to run the business and follow the law: with the FFL/SOT dealer you select to complete transfers; with shipping carriers and our payment processor; and with government agencies (e.g., ATF) where required for firearms/NFA compliance or by lawful request. We do not sell your personal information.
Order and firearms-transfer records are kept as long as the law requires — federal firearms and NFA recordkeeping can require multi-year retention. Account and application data is kept while your account is active or as needed for legal, tax, and security purposes.
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it — except records we are legally required to keep, such as firearms-transfer records. Email [email protected].
Our site and products are not intended for anyone under the legal age to purchase firearms or ammunition (18 for long guns, 21 for handguns and NFA items). We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
