Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Fenix Armory, we value transparency and fairness. By completing a purchase at FenixArmory.net, you agree to the following terms regarding returns and cancellations.
ALL FIREARM SALES ARE FINAL.
NON-NFA ITEMS
For all standard, non-NFA purchases, the following rules apply:
- 30-Day Window: Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Item Condition: To qualify, products must be returned in original, unused, and unaltered condition, including all original packaging and internal materials.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee is applied to all authorized returns.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees (including return shipping and replacement-item costs). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return:
- Email sales@fenixarmory.net to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Include your RMA number clearly with your shipment. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Once received, we typically inspect items within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (processing times vary by bank).
NFA ITEMS
Suppressors and other NFA items are special-order items shipped to your FFL/SOT dealer, so these terms apply:
- Cancellation: You may cancel a suppressor order only before it has been processed for shipment. Once your order has been processed, packed or shipped to your dealer, it cannot be cancelled.
- Final Sale: Once a suppressor has shipped to your dealer, the sale is final. No returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If you choose to register your suppressor, or your state requires ATF paperwork, the sale is also final once that paperwork is filed.
- Dealer and transfer fees: Any fees your dealer charges are between you and your dealer and are not refundable by Fenix Armory.
- Warranty: Final sale does not affect our warranty. If there is a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the item at our option. See our Warranty page for details.
