Shipping Policy

Firearms & Regulated Goods Shipping Policy
Effective Date: February 2026

FFL REQUIREMENTS

By Federal Law, all modern firearms (including serialized frames, receivers, and silencers) must be shipped to a verified holder of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL).

  • The Transfer Process: We do not ship firearms directly to individuals. You must coordinate with a local FFL dealer to receive your order and perform the necessary background check (ATF Form 4473).
  • FFL Verification: Orders remain in a “Pending FFL” status until we receive and verify a signed, legible copy of your dealer’s license. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their chosen dealer emails a copy of their FFL to sales@fenixarmory.net with your Order Number in the subject line.
  • Dealer Selection: We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any dealer with an expired or revoked license.
CARRIERS & METHODS

Per our 2026 service agreements with common carriers, we adhere to the following strict shipping protocols:

  • Handguns: Must be shipped via UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Priority Overnight — a carrier requirement for safety and insurance.
  • Long Guns: May be shipped via Ground services.
  • Adult Signature Required: All firearm and ammunition shipments require a Direct Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery. Carriers are prohibited from leaving these packages unattended.
  • Discreet Packaging: To prevent theft and comply with federal law, packages will not have “Firearms,” “Guns,” or our full company name on the external label.
STATE RESTRICTIONS

We strictly comply with all state and local ordinances. If you place an order for a restricted item in your jurisdiction, the order will be canceled and a restocking fee may apply.

  • California (AB 1263 / SB 704): Effective Jan 1, 2026, all standalone firearm barrels must be shipped to a California-licensed FFL for in-person pickup. All firearm parts and accessories orders must undergo our Identity & Age Verification process, and the shipping address must exactly match your government-issued photo ID.
  • Magazine Restrictions: We will not ship magazines exceeding state-mandated capacities (e.g., CA, CO, CT, HI, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, OR, RI, VT, WA).
  • Ammunition: Must be shipped to an FFL or licensed ammunition vendor in states requiring such (e.g., NY, CA, RI).
  • Suppressor Restrictions: We will not ship suppressors to states with mandated restrictions (e.g., CA, DE, HI, IL, MA, NJ, NY, RI, DC).
AMMUNITION SHIPPING
  • Hazardous Materials: Ammunition is shipped via Ground service only and cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or via Air.
  • Separation: Per DOT and carrier regulations, ammunition cannot be packaged in the same box as a firearm. If you order both, they will arrive in separate shipments.
REPAIRS & RETURNS
  • Direct Returns: Under ATF Rule 2021R-05F, we may return a repaired firearm directly to the individual from whom it was received.
  • Inbound Shipments: Contact our Support Team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping a firearm to us for repair. Include a copy of your state-issued ID inside the package.
TRACKING & DELIVERY
  • Address Accuracy: Once an FFL has been verified and an order has entered “Processing,” the shipping address cannot be changed.
  • Lost / Damaged Shipments: If a package is damaged or lost in transit, notify us within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date to initiate an insurance claim with the carrier.
