Dealer Resources
Apply for a wholesale dealer account. As of October 9, 2026, ATF is not enforcing the NFA registration, transfer-approval and stamp requirements on suppressors, so Fenix cans stock and sell like rifles: we ship to you with no Form 3, you sell on a 4473 with NICS, and the customer walks out the same day. A special occupational tax is still required to deal in suppressors, so cans ship only to licensees with a current SOT on file with us. Don’t have an SOT yet? The Phantom brake is not an NFA item and ships straight to your store.
