The Ghost Suppressor represents a modern approach to sound suppression, engineered from the ground up using advanced internal flow dynamics and a proprietary baffle-less core system. Unlike traditional suppressors that rely on stacked cones or welded baffles, the Ghost uses a streamlined internal design to improve reliability, reduce maintenance concerns, and eliminate the risk of baffle strikes.
This innovative architecture allows the suppressor to maintain consistent performance under demanding conditions while delivering an improved tonal profile and effective sound pressure reduction. The result is dependable suppression performance without compromising firearm function or accuracy.
The quick-attach mounting system allows the Ghost to lock directly onto the Phantom Muzzle Brake, providing a secure connection and consistent alignment shot after shot. That repeatability is important for shooters who expect predictable performance from their equipment.
Available in both titanium and 4140 steel configurations, the Ghost gives users the option to prioritize lighter weight or maximum durability depending on their setup. Each unit is manufactured with attention to fit and finish, producing a suppressor built for long-term use in real-world conditions.
TORTURE TESTED — FULL-AUTO RATED
Every Fenix suppressor is baffle-less and full-auto rated. We proved it the hard way:
- 800 rounds of belt-fed 5.56 — continuous fire
- 650 rounds of belt-fed 5.56 tracer — continuous fire
No baffles to erode. No baffle strikes to fear. Machined from solid billet in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
SOUND PERFORMANCE — RANGE TESTED
Preliminary range testing on .223/5.56: 124–129 dB at the ear, varying with shooter position and environment — hearing-safe on every shot, and right in line with our engineering simulation. Range testing on the remaining calibers is in progress.
Predicted performance by caliber (15-mechanism time-domain simulation)
Derived entirely from geometry and physics — no marketing numbers. Every caliber lands hearing-safe, below the 140 dB impulse threshold. The 5.56 prediction has now been verified on the range.

|---|---|---|---|
| .223 / 5.56 NATO | 167 dB | 129.8 dB | -37.2 dB |
| .308 Win / 7.62 NATO | 172 dB | 136.5 dB | -35.5 dB |

THE TRADE WE MADE — AND WHY
We didn’t build the Ghost to win a decibel-meter contest by half a dB. A conventional baffled can may meter slightly quieter on its best day — but every baffle is a part that erodes, clogs, and can strike. The Ghost is comparable where it matters — hearing-safe and all-day comfortable — and it gets there with no baffles at all: nothing to erode, nothing to strike, nothing to disassemble and scrub. Machined from solid billet and torture-rated at 800 continuous belt-fed rounds, this is the can you buy once and run hard forever.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is the Ghost suppressor full-auto rated?
Yes. Every Fenix suppressor is baffle-less and full-auto rated — torture-tested with 800 rounds of belt-fed 5.56 fired continuously, plus 650 continuous rounds of belt-fed tracer fire.
What calibers can the Ghost run?
The Ghost starts in .223/5.56 and expands by endcap — one suppressor covers multiple calibers such as 9mm and .30 cal on a single $0 tax stamp.
Do I still need a tax stamp in 2026?
Yes, suppressors still transfer on an ATF Form 4 through your FFL/SOT dealer — but as of January 1, 2026 the NFA transfer tax is $0.
