Firearms & Regulated Goods Shipping Policy
Effective Date: February 2026
- Federal Firearms License (FFL) Requirements
By Federal Law, all modern firearms (including serialized frames, receivers, and silencers) must be
shipped to a verified holder of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL).
The Transfer Process: We do not ship firearms directly to individuals. You must coordinate with a
local FFL dealer to receive your order and perform the necessary background check
(ATF Form 4473).
FFL Verification: Orders will remain in a “Pending FFL” status until we receive and verify a signed,
legible copy of your dealer’s license. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their chosen dealer
emails a copy of their FFL to sales@fenixarmory.net with your Order Number in the subject line.
Dealer Selection: We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any dealer with an expired or
revoked license.
- Shipping Carriers & Methods
Per our 2026 service agreements with common carriers, we adhere to the following strict
shipping protocols:
Handguns: Must be shipped via UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Priority Overnight. This is a carrier
requirement for safety and insurance.
Long Guns: May be shipped via Ground services.
Adult Signature Required: All firearm and ammunition shipments require a Direct Adult
Signature (21+) upon delivery. Carriers are prohibited from leaving these packages unattended.
Discreet Packaging: To prevent theft and comply with federal law, packages will not have
“Firearms,” “Guns,” or our full company name (if descriptive) on the external label.
- State-Specific Restrictions (2026 Compliance)
We strictly comply with all state and local ordinances. If you place an order for a restricted item in
your jurisdiction, the order will be canceled and a restocking fee may apply.
