Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Fenix Armory, we value transparency and fairness. By completing a purchase at FenixArmory.net, you agree to the following terms regarding returns and cancellations.
ALL FIREARM SALES are FINAL
1. Non-NFA Items (Standard Merchandise)
For all standard, non-NFA purchases, the following rules apply:
30-Day Window: Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date.
Item Condition: To qualify, products must be returned in original, unused, and unaltered condition. This includes all original packaging and internal materials.
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee is applied to all authorized returns.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees (including return shipping and costs for replacement items). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return:
Email sales@fenixarmory.net to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Include your RMA number clearly with your shipment. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.
Once received, we typically inspect items within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method (processing times vary by bank).
2. NFA Items (Suppressors & Restricted Gear)
Due to federal regulations, NFA purchases (such as suppressors) are subject to strict guidelines:
Cancellation Deadline: You may cancel an NFA order only before paperwork (such as Form 3) is submitted to the ATF.
Final Sale: Once paperwork has been filed with the ATF, the sale is final. No returns, refunds, or cancellations will be accepted.
