Fenix Armory offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser, guaranteeing all products and accessories against manufacturing defects when used according to the instruction manual. 

How We Handle Claims

If a covered defect occurs, Fenix Armory will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item. 

• You are responsible for the shipping costs to send the item to us.

• Fenix Armory will cover the return shipping costs. 

What Is NOT Covered

This warranty does not extend to damage or malfunctions resulting from: 

• Ordinary wear and tears, corrosion, or neglect.

• Abuse, unreasonable use, or criminal misuse/negligence.

• Use of improper or defective ammunition.

• Failure to properly maintain the product.

• Alterations, accidents, or unauthorized repairs/modifications. 

PLEASE NOTE: Some warranty claims may be rejected upon inspection of the item. A detailed reason will be provided if a claim is denied.
