Is Fenix Armory open to the public?
Yes. We have a speciality gun store at our facility. We currently are open Monday- Friday 8:00-4:30
We can order almost anything for you if we don’t have it.
Does Fenix Armory offer firearms training courses?
Not at this time. We plan to offer classes in the future.
Does Fenix Armory ship outside the United States?
No. We do not ship internationally, but we can refer you to our international distributor.

Does Fenix Armory offer payment plans?
Yes! We partner with Sezzle to offer flexible payment options on qualifying orders up to $5,000.
What is your order cancellation/refund policy?
Refund to original payment method:
- 10% cancellation fee + 18% restocking fee.
- Refund as store credit: Full refund, no fees.
Does Fenix Armory offer a Military/LEO/First Responder discount?
Yes! We offer a discount on future orders (not on orders already placed).
To qualify:
1) Create an account on our website.
2) Email proof of employment/enlistment (document or ID) and your driver’s license for double verification to Sales@fenixarmory.net.
3) Only the full names on both forms need to be visible; all other information may be hidden.
I have a pending charge on my account, but my order did not go through. What happened?
If your order doesn’t fully process, our credit card processor will deny payment. Any pending charges will automatically drop within 3–10 business days.
Shipping & Lead Times
If I purchase parts or accessories with a firearm, will they arrive together?
Not necessarily. Due to different legal requirements and lead times, firearms and parts/accessories can ship separately — often with different carriers — as soon as each item is ready.
